Welcome to the topsy-turvy world of homeschool! I have a theory to your situation. It is that weekends seem busy to you simply because it is your free time and you pack it bursting full with all the things you have been dying to do during weekdays. This is another way of saying that, during weekdays, you don't do much because you don't quite feel the same passion for the stuff to be done...now, be honest, what think you of this "theory?"
And, if you look at it from a topsy-turvy perspective, you really wouldn't complain. Because while ordinary mortals get only two days to idle away, you have five whole days!
